Where is our true home? Really where is it? Here is one way to find out. Let's try a little exercise; Look at one of your hands. Look at the palm of your hand. Really look at the lines for a moment, and perhaps some of the visible veins. What can you see? Now gently start moving your fingers. Again, this time what can you see? We know it's still a hand. But what is it, really? Why do we have hands? Why do we have feet? Why this body? Well because this is it. Our body is our true home. This is where we are staying on earth. Not our house, or apartment, or anything else outside of our self for that matter. Wherever we go, here we are in this home. This temple. Once we understand this concept more fully, we can start looking at food and drinks a little differently, because we will become more aware of what we bring into our home. Will it be good for us? Will it be just okay? It's really a delightful time to take extra good care of our 'home', and to cherish what we truly value in life. What we feel is most important to us, to our soul, and to our body. Deep down we know. It's in our heart. We need to trust that more now.

The single biggest problem with communication is the illusion that it has taken place. #GeorgeBernardShaw ○ It is true that good communication can be an important key in maintaining the quality of relationships we have with other people. But often we can forget it's the communication we have with our inner self that we need to first figure out. When we can listen to our inner world from a cool + calm perspective, it can then be easier to have a good conversation with another person. One of the best ways to get the answers we are looking for within is to have a moment of quiet, and start listening to the questions. Why do we think a certain way about a situation? Why do we feel a certain way about someone? {I find nature to be the best place to find inspiration.} Because eventually the answers will come to us, whether through an inner knowing, an inspiring video we discover online, an article we read in a magazine, or through someone else's story that we can personally relate to. Soon there can be a healing flow of perception in our way of relating with the inner self, which in turn can lead to deeper and more harmonious connections with others in our world.
