Full Moon in Libra | Truth Loving

Full Moon in Libra:
Living your truth is not only about speaking your truth, but also about aligning
your actions with your heart's intention to form authentic relationships.

There is a thin line between telling a lie and keeping the truth hidden. Telling a lie is about the deliberate manufacturing of an untruth, whereas keeping the truth hidden is about knowing a truth that we do not wish to reveal.

To put it simply, telling a lie, more often than not, involves the covering up of something we deem to be 'bad' to avoid a fight or an argument. And keeping the truth hidden, on the other hand, usually involves withholding information to spare another person's feelings.

Which one is better between the two? Is one really is better than the other? In the end, it all depends on the true intention behind the act of lying or keeping the truth hidden. Are we willing to pay the price of peace and freedom? Are we losing ourselves from trying to make others happy and at peace all the time? How can we form authentic relationships when we are being inauthentic?

There is a thin line between telling a lie
and keeping the truth hidden.

Being authentic is not about saying what's on our minds without filtering them. Being authentic is not about shouting all our secrets from the rooftops. Being authentic is not about going all-out or living out loud, although sometimes it can be. It all depends on the situation and what we are trying to achieve.

Being authentic is about being deeply in touch with our strengths and weaknesses, as well as accepting ourselves in all our messy glory. Being authentic is about expressing what we believe to be true about ourselves in small but effective ways, rather than in big but superficial ways.

By getting in touch with our heart's true intention, which is to love and connect authentically, we can begin to live our lives more truthfully. By listening more closely to our soul's true voice, we can begin to authentically express ourselves and therefore able to form more authentic relationships in the process.

Being authentic is about being deeply in touch with our
strengths and weaknesses, as well as accepting
ourselves in all our messy glory.

Happy Full Moon! The Moon is conjoining Jupiter Rx in Libra and forming an opposition to the Sun and Uranus in Aries, marking an electric and fiery Full Moon in the sign of the Scales. With the Sun in Aries, a sign which is all about the self, and the Moon in Libra, a sign which is all about the others, balancing compassion for self and others is the key to peace of mind.

Have we been kind to others but not to ourselves? Is being too kind a bad thing when there seems to be so much darkness in the world? True wisdom comes from understanding that we can still stay true to ourselves and values while being kind to others. That being kind is not about trying to be well-liked by others, but about bringing more light and grace into our world. That we won't be swayed by influences that aren't in alignment with our truth, because we understand that kindness is not only a gift that we give to others but also to ourselves.

Is being too kind a bad thing when there seems
to be so much darkness in the world?

The Moon is forming a square to Pluto, and it's important to remember that our greatest challenges in life can lead to our greatest evolution and transformation. Why do we feel stuck in unhealthy situations, and seem to be unable to see a way out? Why is it often difficult to break through old, fearful patterns and create new, fearless ones?

Perhaps the answer lies in our inability to see our own light. When we are unable to see our inner light, we cast a shadow over our own lives and relationships. Know that the light always brings forth new birth, a constant renewal of life. It is time to be discerning, but to also be open to let our light emerge and illuminate new paths before us.

Our greatest challenges in life can lead to our
greatest evolution and transformation.

With the Moon's sextile to Saturn, finding balance between giving and receiving can be possible. Although it's impossible to perfectly balance giving and receiving each day, we can still find a healthy balance. How much time do we really give to ourselves? Understand that when we are constantly being pulled by forces outside of ourselves — by other people, by the media, and the demands of daily life, we lose pieces of our spirit.

By carving out a little solitude, we can replenish our soul and begin to hear our inner wisdom. The Full Moon in Libra is bringing another chance for us to reclaim our spirit. To take some time to ourselves each day to boost our mental and emotional well-being. To know that by cultivating a healthy and authentic relationship with ourselves, we can form healthier and more authentic relationships with others.

New Moon in Aries | Jumping the Gun

● | ● | ● | ●

 March 28th, 2017

Better three hours too soon than a minute too late.
William Shakespeare

New Moon in Aries:
When in doubt, follow the moon.

When too soon is better than too late. When too much passion is better than too little persistence. Where do we draw the line between doing too much and doing too little? Is moving too fast really is better than moving too slow? The short answer to that question would be sometimes. The next question we should ask ourselves would be whether or not we truly value our time or time in general.

Valuing time doesn't mean that we should try to achieve as many things as possible as soon as possible. Valuing time means having a clear perception of time and what it means to use our time wisely. We may not know what will happen in the future, but we always know what we can do in the present.

Sometimes jumping the gun or making a snap decision can be more beneficial in the long run than it is to postpone making a decision. Jumping the gun may not always get us to where we want to be. But it can also give us the opportunity to change direction to a path more in alignment with our soul — sooner rather than later.

Valuing time doesn't mean that we should try to achieve
as many things as possible as soon as possible.

At the end of the day, this is about taking that next step, which leads to the next and the next. This is about taking action, knowing that we are on a uniquely personal and individual journey where our soul grows with each step that we take. This is about moving forward, understanding that without action, we can't move through resistance and rise above obstacles.

Today, find the courage to go within, and discover what's buried deep in our soul. Do not let the ego persuade us to dig for things that are not even there. Instead, let the heart guide us to where we truly want to be. Go forward with audacity of hope in our hearts and courage in our souls. Remembering that we are not our mistakes. We are in truth our lessons. Our learning. Our understanding.

At the end of the day, this is about taking that next step,
which leads to the next and the next.

Happy New Moon! The Moon is joining Venus Rx, the Sun, Uranus and Mercury in Aries, marking an extra revitalizing and awakening New Moon in the sign of the Ram. Regardless of all the confusion because of too many things happening at the same time, we can find the strength to pull through. Regardless of all the uncertainty because of too many things changing at a more rapid rate, we can stand up tall and see beyond the horizon.

New Moons are fresh starts. A New Moon in Aries (aka the first sign of the zodiac and ruling the 1st House of the Self), signifies a brand new start on ourselves. Where do we feel we went wrong? Where do we feel we can change for the better because we know better? This is not to blame the past or things we did, but to learn from a place of higher awareness and love. To grow beyond old limiting beliefs and move forward with new determination and understanding of the self.

As we begin following our inner guidance, we will understand why we ignored the signals in the past. The signal to listen to our inner knowing. The signal to stay true to our highest ideals. The signal to get out of our own way and go forward with fervor.

Where do we feel we went wrong? Where do we feel we can
change for the better because we know better?

The Aries Moon is forming a square to Pluto and an opposition to Jupiter Rx, and this is not the time to fear change. Sometimes it takes an extreme wake-up call before we are pushed to change and open a new page in our lives. Yet, we shouldn't wait to hit rock bottom before we are convinced that we need to change because there are things we will regret not doing sooner.

By listening more to our inner knowing, we will increasingly dislike lies we tell ourselves. By staying true to our highest ideals, we will become more committed to our self-care and release self-sabotaging patterns.

We shouldn't wait to hit rock bottom before we are convinced
that we need to change because there are things
we will regret not doing sooner.

With the Moon and Mercury forming a trine to Saturn, the ability to reason and strategize becomes front and center. Take things at face value and follow the logical path for in this moment there is no deeper meaning than what is obvious. We have the sensitivity to focus on steps we need to take next to reclaim our power and reinflame our lives.

A New Moon in Aries is that much-needed chance for regeneration. This is our time to revive opportunities we thought were dead. No matter what lost has occurred in the past, we can be reborn all the time and recreate a new present. Endings may come in many forms, but now is our chance to let whatever isn't working in our life die and to recognize the dawn of our renewed spirit.

Full Moon in Virgo | Keeping Up With Your Dreams

● | ● | ● | ●

 March 12th, 2017

Full Moon in Virgo:
Every dream begins with a single thought, a single step, a single decision to try.

When hope doesn't seem to bring our dreams any closer... When giving up feels like the right step to take next... What can we do when faith in our dreams gets shaken? What can we change in order to move closer in the direction of our dreams? One of the most important aspects to examine before deciding to give up is whether or not the road ahead will be detrimental to our well-being.

Know that giving up people or situations that no longer serve our greatest good can actually be a wise choice. What can hold us back is when we decide to give up because of our fear of the unknown or in other words, fear of an uncertain future. Perhaps because of painful past experiences or perhaps because of friends or even families that create fears and limitations based on their own personal perspectives.

Know that giving up people or situations that no longer serve
our greatest good can actually be a wise choice.

What we need to remember when we are on the verge of giving up is that each and every one of us is unique. We are essentially made of different layers, and those layers transform with each experience that we encounter. Whatever blocks we have been coming up against or pain we have been feeling will always pass and we will survive. Whatever didn't work in the past doesn't mean that we are doomed for life. Even if we believe that some scars last for life doesn't mean that we will be the exact same person for the rest of our lives.

When we persevere, we get to know ourselves better and discover new layers within ourselves that we didn't know we had. When we open our mind and heart to new opportunities, we open ourselves to new, unseen possibilities. As we recognize that everything in the world has a rhythm, we will see that beneath each struggle lies an opportunity to transform ourselves from who we are to who we really want to be.

Even if we believe that some scars last for life doesn't mean that
we will be the exact same person for the rest of our lives.

Happy Full Moon! The Moon in Virgo is forming an opposition to Neptune, the Sun, Chiron and Mercury in Pisces, marking a super earthy yet otherworldly Full Moon in the sign of the Virgin. Striking a balance between the material and the spiritual is needed to up our self-awareness to the next level. A Full Moon in an Earth sign presents a culmination of practical steps we have taken since the last New Moon.

Are we happy with the fruits of our labor? Or do we need to find ways to step up our game? Perhaps we have done our best but there still seems to be a lot of work to be done. This Full Moon is about realizing that to keep up with our dreams, we need to cultivate the right mental attitude. This is no longer about whether or not we have done our best, but whether or not we have discovered the spiritual wisdom within our persistence.

Striking a balance between the material and the spiritual is
needed to up our self-awareness to the next level.

The Moon is forming a trine to Mars and Pluto, and we can confidently move forward, knowing that darkness can no longer hide the light of awareness. Imagine how would our lives be different if other people's opinions were of no concern to us? How would we handle each day differently if we lived faithfully to our truth?

We were gifted with the power of authenticity. By living our truth, we can peel off layers of illusion and stop letting others dictate our worth. By living authentically, we can be liberated from belief systems that keep our minds imprisoned and recognize which way we are being pointed — giving us the confidence to move forward on a path most aligned with our highest good.

By living our truth, we can peel off layers of illusion
and stop letting others dictate our worth.

With the Moon's square to Saturn, evaluation of the past along with the lesson that we've learned will enable us to rebuild a new and more solid foundation for our future. Do not let painful memories to intimidate us into quitting. Blocks often appear on our path to move us in a new and different direction.

The Full Moon in Virgo is bringing to us the reminder that surrendering to the unknown is where the magic currently resides. Even if we are unable to see what is ahead, cultivate curiosity rather than resisting change. Even if things do not go exactly as we plan, truly notice and appreciate the deeper messages offered. Know and trust that what seems like an ending is always an opportunity for a new beginning.

New Moon in Pisces | The Power in Our Now

● | ● | ● | ●

 February 26th, 2017

New Moon in Pisces:
Don't let pain crush your confidence. Let it build your resilience.

Recognizing the power in our now is one of the first steps to letting go of fear of the future as well as building and growing our resilience. Realizing the power we have in our now leaves less room for fear to take root and influence our lives. When we permeate our present with fear, we lose our trust in ourselves, and because of this, we also lose our trust in life. By using the present to worry about the future, we rob the joy from today to mourn the joy we may not have tomorrow.

Perhaps we are trying to protect ourselves from pain, because we have been disappointed by life far too many times. When in reality, we are just overwhelming ourselves with endless what-ifs and worst-case scenarios. It's about time that we understood the difference between worrying and problem-solving. Because one revolves around the illusion of control through anticipating difficulties, whereas the other is about defining the problem and identifying the steps to solve it. In other words, one is passive while the other is active.

When we permeate our present with fear, we lose our trust in
ourselves, and because of this, we also lose our trust in life.

Passively worrying limits our minds and prevents us from thinking of alternate scenarios. Instead of wasting our time with worry, we can begin to shift our perspective by asking ourselves, "Is this the only way this experience could play out?" or "What can I learn from this experience so that I don't have to repeat the same problem in the future?" Actively channeling our energy into problem-solving boosts our willpower and builds our resilience through pain and adversity.

By seeing a painful moment as an opportunity to evolve, we can begin the process of shedding the skin of the past and growing newer and thicker skin. By recognizing that an old part of us is dying and a new part of us is emerging, we will see that our lives are unfolding as they should.

By seeing a painful moment as an opportunity to evolve, we can
begin the process of shedding the skin of the past and
growing newer and thicker skin.

Happy New Moon! The Moon is conjoining Mercury, the Sun, Neptune and Chiron in Pisces, marking a magical and healing New Moon in the sign of the Fish. This particular New Moon also happens to be a Solar Eclipse, bringing to light areas in our lives that need to change and guiding us to move from one level of awareness to the next. With a Solar Eclipse happening in one of the Water signs, emotions can be heightened, and with increased sensitivity.

We have learned from our experiences before and we know what works and doesn't work for us. Neptune and Chiron are empowering us to approach life from a meta-level — using our spiritual intelligence to solve problems with more wisdom and compassion without being distracted by drama. Maintaining inner and outer peace shouldn't be about avoidance of reality, but about facing reality with the awareness of and ability to separate the voice of Higher Self from the Ego self.

Neptune and Chiron are empowering us to approach life from
a meta-level — using our spiritual intelligence to solve
problems with more wisdom and compassion.

The Moon in Pisces is forming a sextile to Pluto, and we have the strength and inner courage to stand our ground, no matter how challenging things may appear. We are being asked to stay true to our core values and not succumb to the currents of fear. We have been through so much to get to this point, and scars we acquired have made us who we are today. We may also notice that we have been experimenting with new attitudes and thought patterns, and this feeds our spirit and offers us glimpses of new possibilities.

With the Moon's square to Saturn, we need to stand back for clarity and see the bigger picture. Sometimes blocks and challenges appear on our path to remind us of loose ends that need to be tied up before we can move forward. The Pisces New Moon Solar Eclipse is a time to leave behind what was once familiar in search for new horizons. A time to go within to reclaim our power as well as to reaffirm to ourselves, "I am not my fears. I am not my pain. I have the power to make changes, and I trust the process of my ever-changing and ever-growing life."

Full Moon in Leo | Relighting Your Spirit

● | ● | ● | ●

 February 11th, 2017

Full Moon in Leo:
Don't let negativity distract you from your light.

Shining our light is not about overshadowing others. It's about sharing our story and speaking our truth with the intention to connect as well as about transforming the way we give, love and live. Shining our light is also not about feeling 100% complete. It's about stepping beyond our fear of not being complete enough and accepting the broken pieces within as sources of light and learning.

When we let negativity distract us from our light, we forget that it is our right to find happiness. That it is rewarding to share the wisdom that we have learned on our journey to self-discovery. By acknowledging our own light, we also give others the chance to acknowledge their own light.

Do not cling to any concept, belief or idea about how we think shining our light should or shouldn't be. Instead, focus more on the path to self-growth and self-love. Focus more on embracing every aspect of our being, regardless of where we are on our path. Focus more on not allowing those moments of darkness to overshadow our spirit. Encourage ourselves to remember times when we made the world a more positive place, and know that the moment we share our light, the world does become a brighter place.

When we let negativity distract us from our light,
we forget that it is our right to find happiness.

Happy Full Moon! The Moon in Leo is forming an opposition to Mercury and the Sun in Aquarius, marking an extra encouraging and emboldening Full Moon in the sign of the Lion. This particular Full Moon also happens to be a Lunar Eclipse, and as it is happening in the sign that's all to do with the heart, there is a gateway opening toward a brand new sense of emotional freedom.

Realizing that we are more in charge of our own thoughts and feelings than we give ourselves credit for is one of those important steps to liberating ourselves from the pressures of modern day stress. Know that taking charge of our own emotions is not about guarding ourselves from unwanted emotions. It's about honoring the fact that we are humans with feelings and that those dark moments are only temporary. When we stop allowing our emotions to dictate how we live our lives, we can become more aware of them without feeling powerless in the process.

The Moon is forming a trine to Venus and Mars, and the magick is in focusing on what we are attracting, rather than pushing away what we don't want. In other words, stay positive, because with Mars and Venus conjoining in the sign of go-getting Aries, whatever we focus on can accelerate.

If we have been wanting to do something, now is the time. Don't hold back anything, because anything is possible when we take charge of our day and put our heart and mind to it. As the Leo star Madonna once said, "A lot of people are afraid to ask for what they want. That's why they don't get what they want."

Realizing that we are more in charge of our own thoughts
and feelings than we give ourselves credit for is one
of those important steps to liberating ourselves
from the pressures of modern day stress.

The Full Moon is also forming a trine to Uranus and Saturn, and we realize that our work, our relationships and our very being are directly correlated to our values, ethics and core beliefs. Are they still true for us? Will they stand the test of time and serve as the solid foundation in which we construct our lives?

Perhaps our values have changed and it is time to let go of things that no longer serve the vision we have for our lives. Saturn is reminding us that now is the time to build on the strong foundation we have already laid for our prosperity, and Uranus is asking us to keep in mind that these foundations are permeated with the sparkling energy of our creativity.

With the Moon's sextile to Jupiter Rx, accepting the truth that everyone has flaws is a sign of spiritual growth. We are being asked to be aware of the dynamics we no longer want to repeat, and to stop trying to be all things to all people.

The Full Moon in Leo is reminding us to choose our role and be true to it. There is no greater feeling than to express ourselves from a place of authenticity. This is not the time to dim our light in order to play a role within the larger whole. This is the time to be real, to be ourselves and to stand tall in our own unique light.

New Moon in Aquarius | Approving of Yourself Without Seeking Approval

● | ● | ● | ●

 January 27th, 2017

Remember, you have been criticizing yourself for years and it hasn't
worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.
Louise Hay

New Moon in Aquarius:
Being ourselves is not about being selfish. It's about recognizing
and honoring who we truly are while also giving others the
chance to recognize and honor who they truly are.

We can't fully be ourselves without first acknowledging our self-worth and getting to a place where we can be at peace with who we truly are. Honoring our self-worth is one of the first steps to recognizing our true potentials. When we don't recognize our true potentials, it also becomes difficult for others to recognize them. This in turn can dictate the way we feel about ourselves and the choices we make.

In order to truly recognize our true potentials and live from a place of authenticity, we must release our attachment to the opinions of others. This doesn't mean that we should ignore or disregard other people's opinions altogether. This simply means that we need to cultivate self-compassion in order to help us navigate through the myriad of ideas and opinions we encounter every day. From there, we can begin to listen to what others have to say and figure out which opinion comes from love and which comes from fear.

Stepping away from people and situations that constantly belittle us is a choice, and it is one of the most important steps we can take to recognize our self-worth. When we feel that we aren't worth the job, relationship, or whatever positive outcomes we create, the way we feel can be seen in what shows up in our lives. Rather than feeling guilty about the way we feel, begin to respect ourselves enough to walk away from people or situations that no longer serve our greatest good.

If we refuse to let a person or a situation to negatively impact us, we can start to shift our energy and what we allow into our lives. By acknowledging to ourselves that we are all on our own unique journeys and that there is no spiritual race, we can start feeling more at peace with the pace of growth in ourselves and in others.

Rather than feeling guilty about the way we feel, begin to respect
ourselves enough to walk away from people or situations
that no longer serve our greatest good.

Happy New Moon! The Moon is conjoining the Sun in Aquarius, marking a rebellious and revolutionary New Moon in the sign of the Water-Bearer. Seeing ourselves in a new light can be highlighted now as we explore more deeply what it means to stick to our guns. Our inner world is more colourful and we can feel more energized with work that helps us express our inner artist.

The Aquarius New Moon brings to us the reminder that in essence, we are free to do what we choose. That we are not victims of outside circumstances and that we do have choices in everything we do. It is all a matter of perspective and breaking out of old mindsets.

With the Moon forming a sextile to Uranus and Saturn, the insight of self-responsibility empowers us to envision a brighter today and tomorrow. We have the right to change our lives. To trust our feelings to guide us toward activities that are more meaningful and fulfilling. To not wait for another's permission to take charge of our destiny.

Continue trusting our heart's guidance as our career evolves and changes. Everything we have experienced has brought us to this moment. Are we going to keep playing it safe? Or are we ready to shatter old paradigms and take new steps in the direction of our dreams?

With the Moon forming a sextile to Uranus and Saturn,
the insight of self-responsibility empowers us to
envision a brighter today and tomorrow.

The Moon is also forming a trine to Jupiter, and we have come to a point where going it alone is no longer optimal for us. As we raise our standards and self-esteem, we can attract more like-minded, sincere and helpful people into our lives. Imagine for a moment how our lives would be if we felt more comfortable asking for and receiving help from others.

The universe has a way of presenting us with the perfect people to align with who can help us evolve during the next phase of our journey. The New Moon in Aquarius is a time of embracing interdependence, allowing teamwork and independence to merge, making room for miracles to happen.

Full Moon in Cancer | Truth vs. Emotions

● | ● | ● | ●

 January 11th, 2017

Full Moon in Cancer:
Understanding our emotions has a key part in the spiritual experience, and
plays a core role in helping us to understand emotions in others.

Sometimes the truth behind our emotions is more than we can handle. Sometimes we try to ignore that truth in the hope of getting on with our lives. There are times when we can see the reason behind our emotions easily. And there are also times when we can't recognize the reason because the truth lies deeper than we care to see. Being afraid of our emotions won't help us to understand them better. Recognizing them for what they truly are can encourage us to feel more empathy toward ourselves and therefore helps us to understand ourselves better in the process.

Feeling empathy toward ourselves is not the same as pitying ourselves. Self-pity comes from a place of self-condemnation, whereas self-empathy comes from a place of self-love. Being empathetic with ourselves directly impacts how we relate to the world and interact with others. We can develop this empathy through mindfulness and self-awareness. By opening ourselves to truly feel and experience everything that is going on within us, we will learn to appreciate our humanity.

Negative emotions such as anger or jealousy may be uncomfortable to experience, and we may at first feel resistance to the idea of acknowledging them. The first step to overcoming this resistance is by realizing that to feel emotions is to be human. To understand that it is natural to have emotions, so long as we don't stay in negative or low energy emotions for too long.

Low energy emotions include emotions such as shame, sadness, worry and anger. And high energy emotions include happiness, gratitude, compassion and love. By recognizing that each and every one of us has emotions, we will become more aware of our own feelings. From there, we can become better at understanding our own psychological state and deepen our sense of compassion toward ourselves and others.

Self-pity comes from a place of self-condemnation, whereas
self-empathy comes from a place of self-love.

Happy Full Moon! The Moon is in Cancer and forming an opposition to Pluto and the Sun in Capricorn, marking a Full Moon in the sign of the Crab. Everything that we have experienced has made us who we are today. All the suffering and sorrowful moments have been our teacher. We have gotten this far, and one of the reasons why we don't need to worry about the future is because our new sensitivity can help us to separate the truth from the lie.

Pay attention to personal revelations and insights when we recognize a truth that is meaningful to us, as they can open a doorway to new courses of action. Ask ourselves what we would like to change and what steps we need to take next. Our dream of putting our life lessons into practice begins now as we reaffirm our intention to inspire others and make a difference.

There's a message to remind us that we are indeed more powerful than we believe ourselves to be and that we need to embrace the change we are going through with unshakable faith. Begin to see change not as something to be fearful about, but more as a learning opportunity to go to the next level of evolution and growth. Imagine how different will our lives be if we released our fear of change and replaced it with surrender to our true, higher selves?

Our dream of putting our life lessons into practice
begins now as we reaffirm our intention to
inspire others and make a difference.

The Cancer Moon is forming a trine to Venus, Neptune and Mars, and we are tapped into divinely inspired ideas. Our imagination needs nurturing, and playfulness can help express our inner artist. This aspect is also about purifying and detoxing, which means reducing negativity by spending time alone in prayer or meditation.

Any form of negativity that we can release now can disentangle us from anything that no longer serves us and break patterns that are holding us back from moving forward. We may wonder if we are on the right path, or whether we are making the right choices. Rather than worrying about what needs to happen next, put our whole focus on the present moment and on listening to our heart's calling.

With the Moon's square to Uranus and Jupiter, the sky is not falling. We realize that the negative narrator within is simply the voice of our small, vulnerable and fearful ego. A fresh opportunity is here for an evolution, and we can begin by rewriting our story. Challenge the negative thoughts every time they come up. Remind ourselves that although there will always be things we cannot do anything about, we can change how we think about them.

The Full Moon in Cancer is asking us to learn to love ourselves through our occasional missteps and see them as opportunities to evolve and ascend. To understand that every emotion has a function, even the so-called negative ones. To know that our feelings can become our allies, and they can guide us as we steer our lives in new directions. Do not let emotions sweep us away, instead, let them set the sails and point the way to new horizons.
