Without confronting the deeper level of your life, you cannot get to the next level of your life. Without fully recognizing the current level of your life, you cannot move to the next stage of your personal evolution. Know that recognizing the current level of your life is not about romanticizing your current struggles, but more about remembering who you really are, what your true values are, how you want your life to be.
The more challenging moments in your life — moments that force you to break out of your comfort zone, are moments when you can peel another layer in your soul. These moments serve as reminders that you always have the space to grow, to evolve, to change something that no longer works.
